All of my recordings in my box are not viewable. All that comes up is an error with the playback.
this meant the first time this has happened. It’s really frustrating. Could I get it arranged for a new box asap.

What is the error you are getting?
Account issues can also stop recordings being played.

Can you post a photo of the error? At the very least, there should be an error code displayed.
