The 360 box needs a coax connection to the box for live TV and a connection to your hub either by ethernet cable or WiFi.
If you don't have a coax connection where your TV is and have just upgraded from broadband to TV then you might need to phone and ask for a manned installation which should be free.

Hi there @Nobby1977
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting, also a big thank you to roy247 for their help here.
Have you been able to connect the box since your last post?

Hi Ashleigh.
I’ve managed to connect the box thro Wi-Fi but unable to receive live channels that way.
I’ve also taken the tv and tv box into the office we’re router is and connected them with the supplied cables and was then able to receive live channels.
I contacted customer service who assured me I should be able to receive live channels just be connecting thro Wi-Fi so they have arranged an engineers visit on Friday.

Hi Nobby1977
Thanks for getting back to us.
We're really sorry about this, but it sounds like you have been misadvised by the team. To clarify, you need to have a coaxial connection to your TV box in order to watch live TV. You'll need to have an internet connection to be able to use streaming apps from your TV box.
The engineer may be able to connect your TV box up for you during the visit today, but do let us know how you get on.
Thanks,
