Tv 360 box flashing
My tv369 box is flashing and turn off and on by itself, and lost channels get lost , how can I fix it pleas

No TV box should be restarting frequently of its own accord, there will be a fault causing this.
Faults can be reported by contacting VM on 150 from a landline or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Staff do respond on these boards but it may take a couple of days.
