The 360 remote

Recently back with Virgin after leaving Sky the only sky feature that left virgin behind was the touch sensitive backlit remote control. Now with virgin I have to switch on the table lamp. It's just not good enough! Someone please tell me there's an upgraded backlit remote out there😕

When 360 first came out the remote was backlit but Virgin replaced that remote with an unlit remote. In my opinion the backlit remote didn't stay on long enough anyway.

You could use a third party universal remote with a back light, though that does mean you lose access to voice control (and have to buy the remote).
