Hi just joined the group as have been searching for some assistance. Virgin replaced my V6 box only yesterday with the TV360 update. I can no longer access the Virgin TV remote function on my iPhone to set up recording etc. when away from home. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled following the steps to scan for remote etc. However, without success. Is TV360 compatible with the remote app? and if so how do I reconnect my new box to the app? Many thanks in advance for any assistance received.

The TV Go app has the remote control function. Top right... Connect to 360.

Ah ok that’s good to know. Can you also set up recordings and view guide using that ‘go’ app?
just going to download it now and have a look.
