TV channel numbers on TV 360 Remote. What have you done?

As of this evening if I select channel 101 I no longer get BBC 1 but some other channel I have never heard of and BBC 2 is no longer on 102, but on 2. Impossible to find usual channels on guide on remote, only way appears to be on TV Go App which is no use to wife!

It sounds like you may have set up a 'profile' and that is being picked up when you try and change channels instead of the 'shared profile' which always shows all channels.

There is a profile button on the right hand side of the remote (see picture below) which you may have inadvertently pressed.  Pressing this again should switch the EPG between the shared profile or any others  you may have set up

Have got it all working again by turning TV 360 box off for a minute and when I restated it all worked OK. Having read your reply, yes it is possible I had accidentally pressed the profile button whilst picking the remote up.
