Please could someone from VM please advise why all Sky Ultra HD on Demand content is missing subtitles?
This was initally explained away at the beginning of 2024 because Sky themselves did not offer it on their own platform. Approximately 6 months ago this ceased to be the case, with SkyQ, Stream and Now offering subtitles across UHD content.
I appreciate it is up to broadcasters to provide subtitles to VM alongside their content, but given this is an accessibility matter, it would be nice for Virgin to actively take action rather than simply pass the blame onto another party who ultimately don't care that I'm locked into a 18 month contract paying for an add-on I can't use.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the subtitles available on Sky Ultra.
As you've mentioned, it's the broadcasters who provide subtitles to us, however we'll look into this further to see if there is anything we can do.
