Have you tried a different HDMI cable.

If you have checked your Service Status and that shows nothing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

If there are no known problems then you need to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the other options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

The other option is to wait for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

If OnDemand is also affected, the problem could be HDMI. If OnDemand is unaffected, then a signal issue is the likely cause. You will likely have other channels affected, but perhaps haven't spotted them yet.

Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. You're likely to need either an engineer visit or a replacement box, depending on what VM's remote diagnostics turn up.

First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

If it was a hdmi problem would it effect a recording while on another channel or even with the tv off as I recorded a program both ways and checked it via the virgin hi app and the recordings were also pixelated and buggy sound just like the live tv

hard to check on demand as the effect channels don’t seem to have on demand or catch up

Like AJJ mentioned I’m also in the Leeds area and have tried all the home solutions

An HDMI problem would affect all video output from your TV360 to TV, regardless of source. The usual symptoms for this can be colour tints rather than pure breakup, though.

I'm not sure what you mean by it being hard to check OnDemand? Find any OnDemand programme - C5 CatchUp doesn't use an app, for example. Play a programme, and see if it also pixellates.

Oh i thought it you meant an on demand programme from one of the effected channels which I just found one from yesterday ref watch that aired on ssn and there is no issue with that plays just fine as for hdmi I have tried 5 different cables in 3 different sockets on the telly so I think it’s safe to rule out it been a hdmi problem

VM are currently working on a TV fault in the Leeds area but keep pushing back the estimated fix time. Of course there is no guarantee that this will fix our faults as it could be an individual issue.

This is the reason why this forum usually operates to a "one fault one thread" rule, and why "me too" type posts are usually split out into new threads.

Although in this instance, across different threads, multiple people from the same area simultaneously reported the same fault with the same handful of channels. A bit later VM called a TV fault in the area. It could be a big coincidence but i'd be amazed if the work doesn't sort the problem discussed (assuming VM ever get to fix it).

VM finally reported the TV issue fixed around 9 am today. It's sorted my issue with the same sports channels mentioned by the OP.
