Soundbar manufacturer not in list

Hi,

I've had Virgin Media and their 360 box installed this morning. My Seiki TV works with the Virgin Media remote but the Megacra soundbar does not. I had Virgin Media installed 2 years ago with the same 360 box and my TV and soundbar is the same as before, and everything worked on the one Virgin Media remote.

Is there a way of manually pairing my soundbar to the Virgin Media 360 box, e.g. mapping the volume buttons from my soundbar remote to my Virgin Media remote, similar to what you can do with the OneforAll remotes?

Hi @jonnyrowntree 

You haven't said which model you have, however I noticed that Megacra make the Bestisan soundbar, and Bestisan is listed under the 360 audio brands so it might be worthwhile trying that.
