Some channel are not working

For some reason a number of channels are just showing a blank screen, I am getting no error message, I have tried running the diagnostic online, but that seems to get stuck and does not seen to show any results.

 

The channels that seem to be afftected are Gold, Dave, Watch, and sister channels, with the discovery channels also affected.

Hi all,

We're aware of an issue affecting the loss of channels on V6, 360, TVGO and Stream box.

Our teams are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Gold, Dave, W, Alibi, Drama, Eden, Yesterday, and Discovery channels are working OK here in Teesside including the +1's.
