Having recent had a second Virgin 360 Box installed in another room, some sky sports channels are displaying the following message -
"Setting up TV Channels. 100:70, We're current setting up your channel and they should be available soon.
If this problem persists......."
Issue is persisting for days, even after re-booting the TV box.
All ok on the original TV 360 box
Any advise welcomed,

I'm afraid that means VM need to send the correct codes to your new box to enable the Sky Sports channels.
A member of the forum team may be able to do this for you in a day or two when they pick up the thread, however it may be quicker if you call (150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
