How do I get an engineer to investigate repeated box issues? Complains its over heating when it's sat alone on a shelf with air flow all round it, buffering, crashing etc ......I'm pretty sure we're already on our 3rd box in 18 months 🙈

There have been a few posts about the 360 overheating when using Disney+ and the forum team have picked them up and gone to PM's, I assume the boxes got replaced.
The fan is situated underneath the box make sure it's clean and you can feel air flow to see if the fan is still working.
You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV services at the moment.
How are things looking at the moment? is the box hot to the touch or is just the box stating that its overheating? Has your box been changed to a newer model of TV box or have you been given the same model with the same software each time?
