I agree with Malcom . It STATES on the mega volt bundle advert it inCLUDES one extra tv mini box. .includes .:; means inclusive . Does it not.

Same here !and the chat menu is hell .. to try to get one and they’re trying to charge me £35 plus 10-15 on top .. when the ad says included. Ie that’s false advertising isn’t it. ( didn’t get the o2 sim or a phone or WiFi pods either come to that but that’s a separate subject ongoing issue)… but I’m damned annoyed about the invisible tv box I really needed that .

Same for me but .. they wanna charge me £35 for that extra installation. That’s not “ included “ . Included means should be provided in the price of the deal not “ extra “ ___ extra isn’t the same word meaning . That’s where they’re misleading loads of customers .
