Hi, I’m in the same boat, I’ve 2 V6 boxes and neither have the upgrade option! Can someone reach out please! Thanks

Apologies for the confusion. A number of mails were sent out to customers who dont yet have the upgrade app on their box.  We have identified them and will be adding it in the next 48 hours.  Dont worry, you will get your new box in time for the launch of Sky Sports+!
