why do i keep getting this when trying to purchase this event? i have spoken to virgin and they dont seem to understand what im on about its like they dont want to know or just dont want to sort the ongoing issue can someone resolve this for me please

This can happen if you have a limit on what you can purchase on top of your normal bill or if you’re behind on your bills.

Sorry to see you weren't able to purchase the fight through your set top box.
@enrnie_C has hit the nail on the head.
If you have an outstanding balance on the account, behind with bills then any more purchases or additions to the bill are restricted.
It's more of a safety feature to stop our customers getting into any more debt.
Are you able to view any free on demand content? If so then it will definitely be the above reason.
