Preview Screen issues

My folks are having issues with the Preview screen. It still shows and plays while watching their recorded screens. This has been happen over the last several times. On top of that they do not want it to be showing when they are on the home screen or going through the guides.

You might need to post a picture of the preview screen they are seeing over watching recordings.

If you select the Home screen or the TVGuide it always shows in the bottom corner and you can't turn it off.

Going back to ithe preview screen showing over watching a recording, that shouldn't happen so if you can post a picture that would be very helpful, I have never seen this or seen any previous posts about that happening.

This is very rare, do you have  a photo of this?

Do they leave any settings on at all?
