Pressure to switch from V6....

Why are Virgin Media so desperate to get customers with a V6 box to swap to the 360 box?

I say this because I feel as if I'm being cajoled to switch on a regular basis, by different methods.

I've received numerous emails, one offering Apple TV free for 3 months if I switch.

After watching a programme on my V6 box the other day, a kind of Virgin pop-up appeared inviting me to switch.

Honestly, I'm not interested. I'm perfectly happy with my V6 box which does everything I want it to.

I wonder if any other V6 customers are having this problem?

They have to pay for a Tivo licence for the V6.

The 360 is on the cheaper, inferior Horizon platform. Worse for the customer, but better for their profits.

It's a promotion, if you don't want it ignore it.

I do wonder if it's getting toward the end of VM's licence for the TiVO software
