Hi I seem to be having pixelation  issues on various channels. This wasn't happening before and seems quite recent..it is intermittent  and is only for a split second on each occasion but now getting very annoying..I have rebooted virgin box twice now and issue still occurs. No such issues when playing ps4 and TV and cables are all fine..online check of box has said no apparent  issues detected, but something is definitely not right with box, signal.how do I get an engineer  to come out and test if its the box or signal?

Have you checked your Service Status if that shows nothing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

If there are no known problems then you need to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the other options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

Another option is to wait for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

Have tried all that..no local issues and phoned vm yesterday morning, still waiting for a reply from tech team which should of been today..

Is yours still doing it ? Strangely, mine seems to have improved today but going to continue to monitor it.

Yes still doing it 6 or seven times during emnerdale last night according to the wife. No contact from vm tech despite saying they will be in touch..glad I only got month left so I can leave..awful service.

Hi bonners,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

I can see my colleague has already replied to your thread here: Picture pixelation

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

Have a look at my colleagues reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.

Thanks,
