Picture quality

Hello - we have recently moved from Sky TV. With Sky Q - all channels were sharp and clear. Now - if I move off the terrestrial channels - I seem to get a much less sharp and clear picture. Does anyone have any ideas why or potential solutions? Thanks for your help.
