Hello, I signed up for virgin 360 and cancelled the day after, they stopped the remote from shipping. When I look in my contracts it says there is one due to start on the 12th and it’s pending. Will this be cancelled as it’s incorrectly stating I have Virgin 360 when I don’t. Also the fact the remote has stopped from being shipped, I would like reassurance that the box will not automatically update and delete the recordings?
