Hi
We've just upgrade our V6 boxes to the new 360 software, all good and everything seems to work really well except for the PIN Number for parental controls. It has always been 1234, never been changed. This no longer works. We tried 0000 as well and that doesn't work. Spoke to someone on the phone earlier who said he'd try to reset it but it still doesn't work.
Anyone have any ideas how to solve this? We upgraded for Sky Movies and can't watch any.of them because of the stupid Paretlntal Controls.
Any advice appreciated 👏

Trying to reset the PIN via the box gives error code PD4/SCS053 🤔

Just had exactly the same problem. I reset the pin via the tv go app settings which resolved the issue

Yeah I tried that. 1234 and 0000 don't work on the TV Go App either. It's very strange as the PIN has never been changed.

Actually now I think of it, I had locked the pin then when I went into the tv go app that's when it let me reset it. So maybe try that, rather annoying though as all the info says the pins shouldn't change

Yeah, it doesn't work. No PIN that I put in on any device works, sadly. Cannot change the PIN without putting the correct one in. So strange as it has always been default.

Managed to change the PIN tonight in the VirginTVGo app. The Reset PIN link in Parental Controls worked at last.
