New 360 box has issues

Since having installed the new 360 box and updating our other box we cannot use playback, record any programmes. Stop a program. I’m continually having to sign into bbc I player and other Apps. We’ve done all your reboots etc which has helped with some issues but not the above.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the features on your 360 box after the upgrade.
Looking at a few things from here we can see you've arranged for an engineer to attend.

Would you please be able to let us know if you still need help after the visit.
