I have received my new remote and have tried to install the upgrade today but it’s failed and I keep getting this error message. I have tried all of the suggestions from other forum posts (turning off an on, attempting to reboot, turning off and on at the same time as the router) but none of these things help. Any ideas ?

I'm having the same issue. tried flipping the power button on the box off and on then holding down the minus button on the front

I turned the power off for 5 minutes, then turned it back on and held minus on the front until I got a downloading sign, worked for me

I'm so sorry to hear that you've had some trouble completing the TV migration. Is this issue ongoing for you today, or have you since managed to resolve it? If it's ongoing, can you clarify what error message is appearing and when?
