Kids TV channels

Hello,

for some reason I am not able to view the Kids TV channels (704 upwards) as I tells me there is a problem and I need to contact virgin direct. This is proving somewhat difficult as I am struggling to get through. I have 3 boxes and 2 of them are working correctly so I can only assume the third box has an issue or is not been authorised for these channels?

Sounds like the correct activation codes haven't been sent to your 3rd box.

You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone best time to call would be at 8am.

Thanks for the replies. I am not sure the box has ever worked for the Kids TV and I think it was the first time I tried to use it with my Grandson.

I think i had the same issues with Sky sports on the same box when i first had it installed as the message indicates “We are currently setting up your channels and they should be available soon” shows all the time but if fault continues to contact Virgin media

That behaviour suggests the correct channel & pack codes are missing.
