Keep having to factory reset 360 box

Hi there .

Basically maybe 2 or 3 times a week I lose all the pictures on the home screen and cannot watch netflix or BBC I player etc .the only way around this seems to factory reset the box but getting a bit annoying doing this few times a week . The other day also the box was stuck on the welcome page for hours until it finally came on . Any suggestions about this please . Many thanks

Sorry to hear you are losing TV picture when streaming at home. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to do our best to help. Can you let me know when this issue first began? Do you get this issue when your TV 360 box is off but your TV itself is on? Do you get an error code at all?

Hi there . I haven't noticed an error message.  We can just be watching TV and if I press the home button there will be no pictures etc and netflix etc will no longer work 

Just happened again though this time tried to click on something on my recordings and the box froze . Had to reboot box and did the exactly the same thing
