Just upgraded to sky and cant access sky plus ?

Hi have just upgraded to sky sports but cant seem to get sky plus any help please

The main channel is 508. The extra stuff is on the red button of any Sky sports channel.

Except Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Mix and Sky Sports Racing.
