My V360 box arrived today but no isolator cable included plus the new cables are push on and the connector on my Hub 3 is a screw fitting. How much would it cost for an engineer installation. ??

I think the push on connector will fit the screw on connector it should go over the thread.
If you want an engineer and it's a new installation then it should be free, there is a £25 charge for relocating equipment.
Give Virgin a call on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

We're very sorry to hear you were unable to install the new equipment via the delivery.
We've taken a look at things on our side, and it appears a visit is now scheduled for an engineer to assist :).
