For the past few months ITVX hasn’t launched. I have tried on numerous occasions just in case there was an issue which was being investigated. But it has persisted. All I get every time is the message ‘Sorry, ITVX isn’t launching at the moment. Please try again later’
this is accompanied by the code CS2400
i have rebooted the set top box and router several times, but to no avail

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the ITVX app, can you please confirm your box has the latest update?
Does the app work on other devices for you? Are you able to factory reset to see if this helps?

Hi. The set top box informed me that its update was complete a few days ago. I have no other devices on which I could try to launch ITVX. I also noticed that all my recordings had been deleted

Hi IanMatt,
If the 360 box has deleted all your recordings and planned recordings without you doing a factory reset and selecting the reformat hard drive option I would say you need the box replacing.

Hi. I have tested all the other Apps, and only ITVX is affected

Hi. Nothing has resolved this issue. I have followed all the suggestions in this message thread, but ITVX still will not load.
