I would like to move my tv to the other end of the room and another tv to another room. What should I do? Barry

If you have 2 360 boxes and the cable's don't reach then you would need an engineer to move things and possibly adjust your signal levels.

A few more details about the moving the other TV to another room might help, if you already have a Virgin white wall box in that room then you would be able to connect to that one. You would just need to swap the terminator between wall sockets if one has been fitted which it should be.

To arrange an engineer you can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
