hi all, had multi room v 360 (having previously been on tivo) only a week or so back & 1 has stopped scheduling or deleting recordings. Thanks in advance

If you can't pause and rewind live TV on that box then it's possibly a hard drive problem and will need replacing.
If you have more than one converted V6 box and it needs replacing it will be replaced with a 360 mini box with no hard drive.

What's your combination of TV360-master & TV-360-minis? Any TiVo's you had would have been hardware-swapped to HDD-less minis.
