Haven't received the items

I received a message from Virgin Media yesterday (29 march 2024) saying that my new package kit will be delivered today by Yodel. 
So, I have had to cancel my pre-scheduled visit and stay at home all day. Unfortunately, I haven't received any delivery from Yodel today. Haven't even received any message either from Virgon Media or Yodel.

What are you actually expecting, if it's just an update from V6 to 360 you should receive a new remote or 2 if you have 2 V6 boxes, the software will then be downloaded to your box or boxes.
