Flickering screen

we have recently noticed when we change from using cromecast to Virgin, the TV screen flickers and more recently we lose the sound at the same time. Not sure if it is the TV or Virgin? If it helps we have an LG tv.
The last time it flickered, we left it, and within about a minute it stops and the sound returns.

Have you tried changing the match frame rate setting on the 360.

Home > Settings > Audio & Video >  Match Frame Rate; if it's set to On try setting it to Off and if it's set to Off try setting it to On to see if this makes any difference.

Thanks - I thought we had the 360, but according to the settings we have a TiVo box.

Hi @HB51

Do you have the older tivo, or the newer tivo V6 box?

Hi @HB51

Can you confirm all the cables are secure and finger tight?

We took the power wire out and put it back in and it has seemed to have solved the issue at the moment.
we will keep an eye on it over the next few weeks.
