Our second smaller Virgin Media box located in a bedroom will not show any channels annd instead displays a 100:70 error.
It looks like others that have had this error needed the box to be updated. Can someone at Virgin Media assist with this?
It might be quicker if you phone Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

To update your box you can reboot it (by turning it off and on at the switch) or head to your settings, and go to the 'update virgin media services now' button.
