Box stuck at welcome screen

Hi,

My TV box is stuck at the welcome screen. I tried all the advice on here. Rebooted, power switch on the back, hold down +/- buttons for 30 second etc. 

Unit just sits idly at the welcome screen. Unresponsive to any input.
