Spent a couple of grand on a new Lg g4. Since connecting it to my 360 box I am having continous problems with the audio and video cutting about separately at random.
so annoying as I’m paying virgin £180 per month and can’t enjoy my tv.
Tried various audio settings. No difference. Tried different inputs.
Tried a cec adaptor.
Any suggestions.

Are you also using a soundbar or any audio/video equipment or just using the TV speakers, I could be guessing wrong but if you have paid that much for a TV you will probably be using something for the sound, if you say what you have it might help with the answers.

Spent a couple of grand on an Lgg4 tv. When connected to my 360 box the audio and video cut out momentarily. Not at the same time.
I am using a Sonos beam and two Sonos ones for my audio. Tried various tv and 360 box settings.
Didn’t have an issue with my old tv. So annoying I spent all that money on a tv which I can’t use properly.
Any suggestions?

There's an older forum post < here > which suggests a Lindy CEC less adapter that was bought from Amazon works with the Sonos Beam

Can't help with the Sonos settings but the following works for my LG C1 and LG soundbar;
Settings > Sound > Select Use Wired Speaker
Select HDMI Input Audio Format > Bitstream
Select Mode AI Sound Pro
Advanced Settings
DTV Audio Setting > Auto
TV Sound Mode Share > Off
Sound Bar Mode Control > On
LG Sound Sync > Off
Digital Sound output > Pass Through
eARC Support > On
and the 360 set to Follow Content for Dolby Atmos and of course the HDMI cable must be Version 2.1 or newer for eARC.
