Added TNT sports but can't watch.

I ordered TNT sports and have received two order confirmations XS1000184491 and XS1000186823. But on my account it says i have no orders. I also cannot watch tnt sports on my tv. Is there a way to activate this soon as I bought it with the intention of watching today.

It will take a day of two for a VM Mod to pick this up in these Community forums.  If you need an urgent response, you will need to phone VM

As ever if you want package changed quickly with VM , you need to ring.

Ordering online is the slowest route.
