360 upgrade and awful service

I attempted to set up my 360 last week and now my box won’t let me access any Apps, record or pause or create series links. In fact I can only watch live programmes and anything already recorded.

Depsite phone calls, so far totalling near 2 hours, and unfulfilled promises of call backs I’m still without most of the services I’m paying for.

Out of desperation I’ve emailed the CEO but he’s obviously too busy to deal with paying customers.

Can anyone help with my dilemma and I’m currently losing the the will to live.
