360 mobile issues

Following the upgrade to 360 my box no longer recognises my mobile so I'm unable to edit or set up recording from my mobile what's the solution please already tried logging out and back in still not been recognised.

If you are using the Virgin TV control app which worked for the V6 you need to switch to the TVGO app for the 360.

As @roy247 has mentioned, if you've upgraded your box then you'll also need to change the app that you use. Have you done this yet, and has this helped?
