360 b0x - keeps crashing

360 box keeps crashing 4 times this week . how long before I need to report it

Agent useless went again this morning. Do they even understand no signal

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing and issue with your 360 box. 

Can you please expand on what happens when it crashes? Do you have an error message at all?

Can you also please check that all cables leading to and from the equipment are secure and without damage?

Sorry its a V6 I am easily confused !! Any way have finally got a tec coming out . What happens is it goes off . ie as if I have turned the power off. does this now 7 times since last Sunday. Have found that if I just leave it alone it comes back as if nothing has happen. Reboot ( switch off at mains has the same effect) also brings it back .

I'm glad to hear an engineer has been booked, by the sound of it - it may be an issue with the hardware or power levels on the V6 box.

Changed box, honestly he thought it could be that or the hdmi cable or even the socket that the cable went to, so changed all three

Crashed 7 times since is was "fixed" awaiting on call centre YET again
