360 Problems

Over the last we have had problems with our 360 box.
Last Sunday my wife was watching a recorded program and the program had stopped recording halfway through.
On Monday I received this

The following day I got this

Then Last night after watching a recording and deleting it. The screen went to the page where you have the recorded programs in a line and the ones to be recorded on a line below. But instead of the purple background, it was showing the tv program and all the controls were frozen.
Each time the only way to sort it was disconnect the power, lever for 30 seconds then turn back on and let it reboot. 
After many years trouble free is it time to get a new box?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your recordings at this time. 

Are you accessing your recording through a mini box or are these just from a main TV360?

If the channel that showed the first error available to view live at this time or was it just the recording itself that stopped?

Did the error that you saw after deleting a recording occur after every recording was deleted or just this once?

The CS2002 and the CS3400 when deleting a recording after watching.

To add to these, had the problem with not recording the full program again. It was casualty Saturday evening. I have all programs set to record an extra 15 minutes after they finish. But it only recorded 35 minutes.

Hope you can suggest something

1) Try watching this channel live, and see if any error message or code appears?

2) Try recording something on this channel, and let us know if any error code or message appears?
