2nd Box Connections

Hello,

Planning an extension and now on to the AV part of it, which I want to include a second VM box. I am also putting in a wired network.

Does the second VM 360 box need a network connection to the VM router, as the first one needs? If yes, does that need to be direct to the router, or is it OK to be via an unmanaged switch.

Thanks

The 2nd box (mini box) will need a coax connection for live TV, you can connect the mini box by wi-fi to the hub if you have a good signal where you are planning to put it.

All TV360 & V6 boxes need 3 connections,

1: Incoming, individual co-ax carrying live TV channels

2: Internet connection - ideally Ethernet, via your home-hub. Wireless will suffice if reliable enough.

3: HDMI to your TV
