Hello, I started a 35 month contract in December 2021 with Virgin Mobile, which I believe has now ended. How am I able to check whether I still owe anything more or if I can cancel my payments? I'm unable to log into Virgin Media and O2 don't know about the payments. Thanks

Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.
When you took out your loan agreement with us, you'll have received two emails from us. One with your credit agreement number and the link to the online loan portal, and another with your security key. With this, you'll be able to sign into the portal and view the details of your loan. We'd recommend having a look for these emails from us in your inbox - try searching for 'credit agreement' 😊
If you are unable to find these, not to worry. Let us know and we can get them resent out to you.
