A case was deemed in my favour my CISAS. 3 years later Virgin Mobile sent me a bill. I then went to the financial ombudsman then the communication ombudsman and back to CISAS. Virgin at every opportunity telling them they are out of their jurisdiction. CISAS is no longer their governing body and the ombudsman then saying I need to go back to CISAS. Then virgin mobile sent this to 2 debt agencies. So now I will take them to small claims. Just need the details.

Hi @Anonymous, thank you for your post.
We're sorry to hear about the poor experience you've had 😔
Can you please confirm what the CISAS decision was and when it was made exactly?
Please pop back to us at your earliest convenience.

Hi Daniel,
The case was deemed in my favour and 3 years later you have been chasing me for payment. I have exhaused all avenues and as virgin mobile keeps shifting blame I will be taking this to small claims. CISAS, ruled in my favour with nothing owed. Please provide details of who to address this to in the small claims court.

Thanks onewaysteps,
If your case has gone to CISAS this isn't something we can help with. You would need to get in touch with your case handler, and they can liaise with us as needed.
