Spent about 20 minutes on the phone trying to find out my details to login for my agreement (lost the initial email when I took the phone out). I was then given a phone number when transferred 'just incase' it cuts out... it cut out... I called the number twice and it cut out each time.
I just need my details, why is something so simple so hard
