Hi I've smashed the screen on my phone, but I'm not sure if I'm insured for it, could someone have a look for me please so if I can I see about getting my screen replaced please.

Ordinarily, a damaged screen would be classed as accidental damage and not covered by the warranty. Did you purchase the handset through ourselves or via O2?

I purchased the handset through virgin, I have a contract with virgin till the end of January
