I wish to check and pay off any outstanding amount in my PHONE contract after I have cancelled my O2 SIm contract.
How do i do this as it is still attributed to Virgin.

At the point of sale of the handset, you would have been issued with a security key via E-Mail, that would provide you with the login portal for all required details.
Can you please confirm if you have this, or require this to be resent?
