Pay of virgin contract

Hi I have been told I can upgrade for free via o2. But I still need to pay of the phone loan I have with virgin mobile I know how much I have to pay. But I can’t seem to find a number or a way to pay this online 

please can I have a response

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the VM mobile handset you are having.
You can ring 0345 602 4420 and once security is cleared, you can find out how much is left to pay.

The number doesn’t work. It’s an automated message saying you’ve missed a call from virgin media and then it hangs up. Do you guys want the money or not
