Need a contact to pay off the finance on my Virgin mobile

Hi Robert, 

I am having the same issue as the OP. When I call this number it just says "This is Virgin Media, we tried to call you today, but don't worry we will try again, goodbye" and cuts the call off. 

I need to speak to someone about paying this finance, so please could you advise who. Nobody I speak to at Virgin Media seems to know anything about this finance plan and how to administer it.

Hi Alex,

I have just called that number, and it said it again. It just reads out a message saying they tried to contact me but I dont need to respond and they will try again. Then it cuts the call off.
