I have a contract for a mobile phone purchased from Virgin on finance in 2022. I want to clear the balance and upgrade my phone but I cannot establish who I need to contact. Virgin has now sold out to O2 and cannot help with the contract for the purchase of the phone from Virgin. Does anyone know who I can contact and give me a phone number ?
