My Virgin Mobile Contract was Migrated to O2 Last Year. As that contract is about to expire I was looking to upgrade my handset but cannot find where my Virgin Media Handset Loan account has been moved to.
To be honest the whole migration experience has been a can of worms with the Virgin helpdesk telling me to contact O2, the O2 helpdesk telling me to contact Virgin and neither taking any responsibility for resolving the issues I raised. The transfer of my mobile number to O2 took 3 attempts and 8 days to complete successfully.
I have read that it is possible to be emailed details of how to access your Handset Loan Account, but cannot find any reference about how to obtain that email.
